This film that is the official remake of ’3 Idiots’, a Bollywood super hit, features Vijay, Jiiva, Srikanth, Sathyaraj and Ileana in the lead roles. The movie is inspired by Chetan Bhagat’s novel, and showcases ones perspective towards career, pressure from college authorities and family members and a lot more. It’s more like a laugh riot with a serious social message.
The film also has SJ Surya in a cameo appearance and it is his character that brings about an interesting twist to the story.
‘Nanban’ will also be dubbed and see a Telugu release simultaneously and to create a favorable market for the Ilayathalapathy in Andhra Pradesh, it is said that a number of Vijay’s films might see a dubbed release in Telugu before Pongal!
